Rancang Bangun Sistem Pengelolaan Pengajuan Akta Hibah Berbasis Web di Kecamatan Pakuniran

Abstract

Kepemilikan tanah bagi masyarkat di Kecamatan Pakuniran menjadi sesuatu yang tidak begitu diperhatikan, baik tanah hasil hibah, warisan dan pembelian. Karena masyarakat masih belum sadar atas surat resmi sertifikat tanah dalam legalitas yang diakui oleh Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BTN), kondisi seperti ini seringkali menjadi penyebab adanya sengketa. Adanya  populasi manusia dengan lahan hunian yang semakin meningkat, akan mengurangi lahan untuk dijadikan hunian. Belum adanya pemahaman bagi masyarakat di Kecamatan Pakuniran tahapan pengajuan pengurusan sertifikat tanah yang dimiliki. Solusi dari persoalan tersbut perlu adanya aplikasi untuk pengajuan akta tanah sehingga nantinya masyarakat dengan mudah mendapat layanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah  Rapid Application Development (RAD) meliputi Requirement Planning, Design System dan Implementation. Hasil dari penelitian ini masyarakat bisa menggunakan aplikasi pengajuan akta hibah berbasis web.
