<p><strong>Keadaban: Jurnal Sosial & Humaniora</strong> is an electronic journal that focuses on scientific articles that examine problems and issues surrounding social humanities, education, law and economics in general published by the Faculty of Social and Humanities, University of Nurul Jadid Paiton-Probolinggo since December 2019.</p><p>This journal provides an academic platform for professionals and researchers to contribute to innovative work in the field of Social and Humanities and aims to publish and disseminate writings in the social sciences and humanities that can contribute to the development of science.</p><p><strong>Keadaban: Jurnal Sosial & Humaniora </strong>accepts writings in quantitative and qualitative research from academics, practitioners, researchers, and students relevant to social science and humanities topics. The submitted manuscript has never been published anywhere, either in print or electronically. Authors should refer to the author's guidelines before submitting a manuscript. <p><em>The lack of socialization and neglect of Islamic auditing and accounting in today's digital world is the basis of this research. This study aims to find out the urgency of sharia auditing and accounting if implemented in Indonesia, especially during a disruptive period like today. When the existence of Islamic auditing and accounting which continues to experience development in the scope of Islamic economics has created its own obstacles, especially in Indonesia. The concept of this research using subjective information investigation. This study found that sharia audits are urgently needed, especially in Islamic banks and non-bank institutions in Indonesia. From the accounting system used to ensure the excellence of Islamic banks or financial institutions in Indonesia. Sharia accounting is needed to increase the value of company branding, especially in the era of disruption (industrial era 4.0).</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Minimnya sosialisasi dan pengabaian audit dan akuntansi syariah di dunia digital saat ini menjadi landasan penelitian ini. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi audit dan akuntansi syariah jika diterapkan di Indonesia, khususnya di masa disrupsi seperti saat ini. Ketika keberadaan audit dan akuntansi syariah yang terus mengalami perkembangan dalam lingkup ekonomi syariah telah menciptakan hambatan tersendiri, khususnya di Indonesia. Konsep penelitian ini dengan menggunakan penyelidikan informasi subyektif. Studi ini menemukan bahwa audit syariah sangat dibutuhkan, khususnya di bank syariah dan lembaga non bank di Indonesia. Dari sistem akuntansi yang digunakan untuk memastikan keunggulan bank atau lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia. <p><strong>Abstract</strong>: <em>Financial management in a company is part of the task of the company's leadership with the main responsibility in the form of important decisions regarding company investment and financing that must be carried out effectively and efficiently. Implementation of activities in the form of analysis of financial transactions with applications based on Islamic financial management at the financial institutions of SMK Nurul Abror Al Robbaniyin. Based on the results of interviews with the managers of these financial institutions, some of the obstacles they face include not managing computerized financial transactions so that they can build financial institutions that aim to provide the benefits of computer technology by speeding up the operational system for companies. With this, of course, it provides convenience, especially in storing data and providing satisfaction to the Institution's customers as well as with Islamic laws.</em></p>Nora Lisah

<p>Perusahaan memainkan peran penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya dan perkembangan ekonomi. Pengelolaan sumber daya oleh perusahaan melibatkan karyawan yang memiliki peran strategis dalam pemikiran, perencanaan, dan pengendalian aktivitas perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan mempengaruhi keberhasilan perusahaan, dengan karyawan yang baik dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan lebih cepat. Peningkatan kinerja karyawan diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, yang dapat dicapai melalui penggunaan optimal potensi sumber daya manusia. Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil dari pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang mencerminkan tingkat pencapaian kegiatan dalam mewujudkan misi dan visi perusahaan. Bonus adalah salah satu bentuk penghargaan yang dapat diberikan kepada karyawan dengan kinerja baik. Namun, pemberian bonus bersifat tidak wajib dan dapat ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Pada studi kasus di Lembaga Keuangan SMK Nurul Abror Al Robbaniyyin, karyawan tidak menerima bonus karena mereka bekerja dengan sistem pengabdian sebagai santri pondok pesantren.</p>Ainur RopikMuhammad Nur Kholisin

<p><strong>Abstract</strong>: <em>The term creative economy was first introduced by John Howkins in 2001. Starting in 1997, at that time John Howkins realized there was a change in the economic industry based on people's creativity. The creative economy in the digital era is currently growing, besides offering opportunities, it also creates competition. In Situbondo Regency, the culinary world and its actors receive special attention in facing competition. One of the steps taken by the Tourism, Youth and Sports Service is to hold culinary business development training. So the authors are interested in conducting this research which aims to find out how training in culinary development influences creative economic growth. This study uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. Data collection through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaires were distributed to 40 culinary business development training participants. Based on the results of the t test, the t count value is 2.209 > t table 2.024, so it can be concluded that culinary business development training has a positive effect on creative economic growth in Situbondo Regency. Meanwhile, based on the results of the R<sup>2 </sup> test analysis, it shows that the r square value is 0.486, which means that culinary business development training has an effect on creative economic growth of 48.6% and the remaining 51.4% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong>: </strong><em>Training, Culinary Business Development, Creative Economy</em><em></em></p>Fahrudin FahrudinSunarsih SunarsihMoh.
