Evaluasi Kurikulum di Madrasah: Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajaran
AbstractThis study aims to determine how curriculum evaluation can improve the quality of learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type located at MA Arriyadlah Pandean Paiton. Data collection techniques through 2 instruments, namely observation and interviews conducted with 4 informants (head of madrasah, vice curriculum, and 2 homeroom teachers). Data analysis techniques use an interactive model with data reduction activities, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity with the process of triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that curriculum evaluation in madrasahs is very important to improve the quality of learning. Systematic and participatory curriculum evaluation is needed to ensure that the curriculum remains relevant and effective in meeting student needs. Through improving teacher competence, more interactive teaching methods and support from all stakeholders including teachers, students, parents, and madrasah managers. Thus, madrasahs can improve the quality of learning and produce competent graduates, have noble character, and are ready to face global challenges.
