Focus and Scope

Digital Learning is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing scholarship in Digital Learning, Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, and Digital Innovation. The journal provides an interdisciplinary forum for high-quality empirical, theoretical, and design-based research that examines the integration of digital technologies in teaching, learning, and educational systems across diverse contexts and levels.

Grounded in pedagogical theory and learning sciences perspectives, the journal encourages rigorous studies that contribute to conceptual development, methodological advancement, and evidence-based practice in technology-enhanced education. Particular attention is given to research that bridges theory and implementation, and that demonstrates clear implications for educational improvement and innovation.
