Starting with Volume 7, the *Journal of Electrical Engineering and Computer* (JEECOM) implements an Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts that proceed to the publication stage.
Authors are not charged any fees during the manuscript submission stage. The APC is charged only after the manuscript is deemed suitable for the subsequent publication process.
Once the manuscript is deemed suitable, the author will receive payment instructions from the editorial team via the official email address listed on the journal's contact page. The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be issued, and the peer-review process will commence, only after the APC payment has been completed. Charges for excess pages are calculated by multiplying the number of additional pages by the cost per page (based on a standard article length of 7–12 pages formatted according to the journal's guidelines).
APC payments must be made solely to the official account designated by the Editor-in-Chief or the editorial office. No payment requests will be made prior to the manuscript passing the initial eligibility assessment.
