Efektitfitas Aplikasi Cim-Z terhadap Kepuasan Perawat dalam Mengontrol Infus di RS Elizabeth Situbondo
AbstractKepuasan perawat menjadi daya tarik utama bagi peneliti melakukan penelitian tersebut. Apabila perawat merasa puas maka pelayanan pun akan terus terus meningkat lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektifitas dari aplikasi CIM-Z dalam mengontrol infus pasien di RS Elizabeth Situbondo. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kepuasan perawat bagi kelompok kontrol maupun eksperimen dengan sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Ekspermental Design dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pada penelitian ini responden dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Dengan total sampling sebanyak 70 orang perawat yang terbagi menjadi 2 yaitu 35 kelompok kontrol, 35 untuk kelompok eksperimen. Pada kelompok kontrol serta eksperimen sama-sama diberikan pretest dan posttest untuk mengetahui hasil dari data kuesioner yang nantinya di uji dalam spss. Terdapat perbedaan perlakuan yang diberikan, pada kelompok kontrol peneliti meneyebarkan sap dalam media cetak sedangkan pada kelompok eksperimen diberikan perlakuan dengan kuesioner. Berdasarkan tabel 5.6 menunjukkan nilai expected count lebih kecil dari 5, nilai expected count yaitu 3.60 maka syarat uji statistik Chi Square terpenuhi, karena tabel adalah 2x2 maka menggunakan Pearson Chi-Square dengan nilai p-value atau sig. sebesar 0,000 (P<0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan hasil expected count yang didapatkan kontrol infus pada kelompok intervensi 3.60 kali lebih berpengaruh dibandingkan kelompok kontrol dari 20 pernyataan yang telah diuji (reliabel).
