This issue of Adult Health Nursing Journal (AHNJ) Volume 2 Number 2 (2025) presents a collection of studies focusing on clinical outcomes, patient safety, and nursing competence in adult health care. The articles examine the relationship between sleep quality and physical fitness among nursing students, the effect of coloading fluid on postoperative nausea and vomiting, the impact of health education on nurses’ perceptions and triage practices, and the role of nurses’ knowledge and compliance with intravenous insertion procedures in emergency settings. Additionally, this issue explores the association between mothers’ knowledge of breast cancer and anxiety levels in preoperative patients.
