Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to NKRI: Networked Knowledge and Research in Informatics are required to follow the journal’s submission guidelines, manuscript structure, and writing template. Manuscripts must be prepared carefully to ensure clarity, originality, academic quality, and compliance with the journal’s focus and scope.
Submission Guidelines
- Language: Manuscripts may be written in either Indonesian or English.
- Originality: Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication in another journal or conference.
- Scientific Contribution: Manuscripts should provide a clear contribution to the field of informatics, artificial intelligence, computer science, information systems, or other related areas within the journal’s scope.
Scope of Manuscript Topics
Submitted manuscripts should contribute to one or more of the following topics:
Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Software Engineering, Natural Language Processing, Human-Machine Interface, Next Generation Network, IT Governance, Information Search Engine, Multimedia Security, Information Retrieval, Intelligent Systems, Distributed Computing Systems, Mobile Computing, Computer Network Security, Business Process Management, Cognitive Systems, Programming Methodology and Paradigm, Data Engineering, Knowledge-Based Management Systems, Knowledge Discovery in Data, Digital Signal Processing, Stochastic Systems, Information Theory, Networking Technology, Optical Communication Technology, Next Generation Media, Robotic Instrumentation, and other related topics in informatics and digital technology.
Manuscript Submission
Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal website: https://journal.literasikhatulistiwa.org/index.php/NKRI/user/register . Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts according to the author guidelines and the official journal template.

Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should include the following sections: Title, Author Identity and Affiliation, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Research Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
- Title: The title should be specific, concise, effective, and clearly reflect the content of the article. The title should not exceed 16 words and should avoid unnecessary abbreviations.
- Author Identity and Affiliation: Authors must include their full names without academic titles, institutional affiliations, and active email addresses.
- Abstract: The abstract should consist of 200–250 words. It must briefly describe the research background, objectives, methods, main findings, and contribution of the study.
- Keywords: Keywords should consist of 3 to 5 words or phrases, arranged alphabetically and separated by semicolons (;).
- Introduction: The introduction should explain the background of the study, theoretical foundation, research problem, gap analysis, novelty or state of the art, and research objectives.
- Literature Review: This section presents relevant theories, concepts, and previous studies that support the research framework and strengthen the academic foundation of the manuscript.
- Research Methods: The research methods section should describe the research design, type of research, approach, data sources, data collection techniques, instruments, and data analysis methods used in the study.
- Results and Discussion: This section presents the research findings systematically and discusses them critically. Results may be supported by tables, figures, graphs, or other visual elements that help clarify the interpretation of the data.
- Conclusion: The conclusion should summarize the main findings, explain the implications of the study, and provide recommendations for future research. It must be written clearly and directly in line with the research objectives.
- References: References must include all sources cited in the manuscript. Authors are encouraged to use 10–40 references, with at least 70% consisting of journal articles published within the last 5 years. The journal uses the American Psychological Association 7th Edition (APA 7th) reference style.
