Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Quran and Sundanese local wisdom-based educational management to strengthen students' character in schools.. It uses a qualitative case study method and collects data through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The study systematically analyzed all data through a multi-level coding process, progressing from initial codes and sub-theme categorization to the identification of main themes. The findings reveal an integrated character management cycle comprising planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up stages. Quranic values and the Sundanese philosophy of Silih Asah, Silih Asih, Silih Asuh (mutual intellectual enrichment, mutual affection, and mutual care) are internalized through teacher role-modeling, daily habituation, collaborative learning, and the reinforcement of school culture. Multidimensional evaluation and reflective feedback mechanisms further support sustainable student character development. The study offers a framework for context-based educational management that integrates Islamic principles, management functions, and local wisdom. This framework serves as a practical, adaptable model for other educational institutions through cultural and organizational adjustments.
