Al-Tanzim : Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam is a premier academic journal published by Lembaga Penerbitan, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LP3M) of Nurul Jadid University, Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java, Indonesia. The journal is dedicated to advancing scholarly discourse and research on Transformative Management Practices in Islamic education, deeply rooted in Islamic values, across diverse educational institutions.
The journal’s scope encompasses Islamic leadership, public relations management, organizational culture and behavior, and human resource management within both formal and non-formal Islamic educational institutions.
