AbstractRural economic development in Paciran District, Lamongan Regency, faces an urgent challenge in integrating diverse tourism assets with local productive economic activities. Tourism potential, cultural and religious resources, and community-based businesses remain fragmented, limiting their contribution to sustainable local economic development. This community service program aimed to strengthen community capacity and integrate local assets through the Rama Sinta Program (Integrated Tourism Package). The program was implemented in six villages: Sendangduwur, Sendang Agung, Kranji, Drajat, Kemantren, and Sidokelar. The program employed an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach combined with Community-Based Tourism (CBT), implemented through asset mapping, capacity assessment, training and mentoring, integrated tourism package development, digital promotion, field trials, and monitoring and evaluation. The results showed an increase in community management capacity from an average score of 48 to 89, representing an 85.42% increase. Weekly tourist visits increased from 100 to 260, or 160%. The program also produced nine digital promotional contents, mapped approximately 60 MSMEs across the six villages, and established one integrated tourism package connecting the six villages. These outcomes demonstrate that Rama Sinta strengthens community capacity, expands tourism promotion, connects local MSMEs with tourism activities, and creates an integrated cross-village economic ecosystem. The model provides a practical framework for transforming dispersed local assets into value-added and sustainable economic activities and has potential for replication in areas with similar characteristics. |
