Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital technologies has intensified the need to harmonize innovation with Sharia principles to ensure the sustainable development of the Islamic digital economy. This study aims to analyze how Digital Sharia Governance, global Islamic digital ecosystems, and Islamic fintech acceleration can be integrated within the framework of Maqasid al-Shariah. A qualitative study was conducted using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 72 eligible publications, including peer-reviewed articles, international institutional reports, and regulatory documents published between 2020 and 2025, which were analyzed through descriptive-analytical and normative-philosophical approaches. The findings identify three interconnected dimensions: Digital Sharia Governance Harmonization, Global Islamic Digital Ecosystem Integration, and Islamic Fintech Acceleration for Sustainable Financial Inclusion. This study introduces the Islamic Digital Economy Harmonization framework, integrating governance, technology, and global regulatory ecosystems into a unified conceptual model. The framework provides strategic guidance for policymakers, regulators, and Islamic financial institutions to strengthen governance harmonization, financial inclusion, and sustainable digital economic development.
