Starting from Volume 9, Hakam: Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Hukum Ekonomi Islam applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts that proceed to the publication process.
Authors are not required to pay any fee at the submission stage. The APC will only be charged after the submitted manuscript has undergone an initial editorial assessment and is considered eligible to proceed to the next publication process.
After the manuscript is declared eligible, authors will receive payment instructions from the editorial team through the official email address listed on the journal’s contact page. The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and the peer-review process will be issued and conducted only after the APC payment has been completed.
Payment of the APC must be made only to the official account informed by the Editor-in-Chief or the editorial office. No payment is requested before the manuscript passes the initial eligibility assessment.
