All manuscripts submitted to Journal of Intelligent Computing and Applied Informatics undergo a rigorous and objective peer-review process to ensure the publication of high-quality scientific research.
CODEX: Journal of Software Engineering applies a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential to maintain fairness and objectivity during the evaluation process. Each submitted manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who have expertise in the relevant field of software engineering.
Every manuscript will first be evaluated by the editorial team through an initial screening process to ensure its suitability with the journal’s focus and scope, adherence to author guidelines, and compliance with academic writing standards. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be rejected without further review.
The review process evaluates manuscripts based on originality, scientific contribution, methodological soundness, clarity of presentation, relevance to the field of software engineering, and overall quality of the manuscript. Reviewers provide constructive comments and recommendations to assist authors in improving the quality of their work.
Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editor will make the final decision, which may include acceptance without revision, acceptance with minor revisions, major revisions and resubmission, or rejection. Authors are required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers’ comments within the specified time.
All submitted manuscripts are also screened for plagiarism using appropriate detection tools. Manuscripts containing significant plagiarism or unethical publication practices will be rejected.
The entire review process is conducted confidentially and professionally. Editors and reviewers are required to maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and must not use any unpublished material for personal purposes.
