Abstract


The aim of this article is to explore the concept of micro/macro and external environment on Educational of Islamic Boarding School. This article would also answer three questions. First, how the Educatian of Islamic Boarding School in micro perspective. Second, how the Education of Islamic Boarding School in macro perspective aim the personnel and students beckground. The last is how the Education of Islamic Boarding School in external environment perspective. In order to know about several beneficial micro/macro and external environment, this article aim of influence the role of kyai as a leader in Islamic Boarding School to over come the obstacles and problems in that organization
