Hakam: Jurnal Kajian Hukum Islam dan Hukum Ekonomi Islam, is a peer-reviewed journal by experts in the fields of Islamic Law and Islamic Economic Law, covering both normative and empirical studies, using various approaches (See Focus and Scope) in accordance with the theme of each research study related to the scientific study.

Hakam: Jurnal Kajian Hukum Islam dan Ekonomi Islam, has been accredited with a Rank 2 accreditation, in accordance with the Decree of the Director General of Research and Development of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia No. 295/C/C3/KPT/2026 dated January 2, 2026. This journal is published four times a year (March, June, September, and December) by the Lembaga Penerbitan, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Universitas Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo, Indonesia.
