AbstractThe Alma Method is a work that was created not only for Islamic boarding school students, but also for people of all ages to learn classical texts easily and smoothly. In just five steps, everyone can learn this method. The ALMA Method is a learning method that focuses on the activities of teachers/students in learning classical texts/traditional texts, because the essence of the ALMA method is Active Learning and Meaningful Application. Therefore, efforts are needed to provide training and guidance for students so that they can develop more effective, practical, and easy-to-understand skills in reading classical Islamic texts. This Community Service Program aims to preserve the existing Islamic culture, which must be preserved to this day. After all, Islamic boarding schools must not lose their identity despite the changing times and the onslaught of globalization. It also contributes to the pesantren by showing that learning to read classical Islamic texts is easy without having to memorize nadham nadham. The results of the Alma Method training and mentoring activities have been significant, meaning that the community service activities have had a major impact on the understanding and ability of teachers to participate in the Alma Method training and mentoring.
