Authors are invited to submit manuscripts to CODEX: Journal of Software Engineering in accordance with the following guidelines. Manuscripts that do not follow these instructions may be returned to authors for revision before the review process.

Manuscripts must be original works that have not been published previously and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions must be written in clear academic English and prepared using the official journal template (.docx).

Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts should be arranged in the following order:

Abstract and Keywords
The abstract should concisely describe the research background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions in one paragraph. Keywords should reflect the main topics of the manuscript and consist of 3–5 terms.
Tables and Figures

Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively using Arabic numerals and cited in the text.

Table titles should be placed above the tables.

Figure captions should be placed below the figures.

Tables should use horizontal lines only.

Figures must be in JPG or PNG format and clearly readable.
References
References must be written using the APA (American Psychological Association) citation style. All references cited in the text must appear in the reference list. Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley or EndNote.
Submission Process
Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts comply with the journal template and guidelines prior to submission.
Ethical Considerations
Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are free from plagiarism and comply with publication ethics. Any potential conflicts of interest or funding sources must be clearly disclosed in the manuscript.
