AbstractThis study looks at how digital transformation is handled at STIKK An-Nur 2 Bululawang, an Islamic higher education institution utilizing digital developments to improve its academic and administrative control. Higher education organizations are giving digital transformation top priority so they may raise their operational effectiveness, caliber of service, and digital age competitiveness. Few empirical research, nevertheless, investigate the management of digital transformation from a whole organizational standpoint inside Islamic higher education despite this tendency. A qualitative single-case study technique was applied for the research. Engaging institutional leaders, IT staff, faculty members, administrative staff, and students, data collecting techniques comprised semi-structured interviews, non-participant observations, and document analysis. Thematic analysis was used to examine the data; source triangulation, method triangulation, member verification, and audit trail maintenance helped to maintain credibility. The findings show that four related factors—digital administration, academic information systems, e-learning, and digital governance—drive digital transformation at STIKK An-Nur 2 Bululawang. Digital governance strengthens leadership, helps to coordinate better, and clarifies institutional responsibility; e-learning promotes flexible and student-focused education; academic information systems support data-driven decisions; and digital administration improves institutional service efficiency and openness. The study points to a coherent Digital Transformation Management Model especially for Islamic Higher Education, therefore emphasizing that ongoing digital transformation calls on the alignment of technical infrastructure, organizational culture, strategic leadership, and governance. The findings support the growing body of knowledge on digital transformation management and offer practical guidance for Islamic higher education institutions seeking transformation.
