JoQER published by the Departement of Mathematics Education, Faculty of Social and Humanities, Nurul Jadid University Probolinggo, east java Indonesia. 

The journal aims to publish empirical studies that apply rigorous quantitative methods to explore issues in teaching, learning, curriculum development, assessment, educational policy, and interdisciplinary education.
