Atthar: Journal of Innovative Islamic Education is published four times a year, in March, June, September, and December.
Each issue contains [number] articles. Manuscripts may be submitted at any time; accepted articles are assigned to the next available issue.
Articles are published as open access immediately upon release of the issue, with no embargo period.

Atthar: Journal of Innovative Islamic Education focuses on innovation in Islamic education in the form of new ideas, approaches, and practices that renew the way Islamic education is designed, taught, and managed while remaining rooted in the Islamic scholarly tradition. It publishes research that develops, tests, and critically examines such innovations, from madrasahs and pesantren to universities.
Its scope covers curriculum and instructional design, learning models and assessment, digital technology for Islamic learning, educational management, character and spiritual formation, and teacher development, including the renewal of pesantren and madrasah traditions amid digital transformation and global change.
