The Analysis of Influence Laundry Business Wages and Capital on Worker Absorption
AbstractWriting this article takes the topic of comparing the labor absorption of the laundry business in Kraksaan in terms of wages and capital. This study aims to determine how much influence wages and capital have on labor absorption in the small and medium-sized laundry industry in Kraksaan. Absorption of labor is an act of the company in demanding labor, where the workforce will perform or carry out the work provided by the company in accordance with the existing fields in the company. So in this case, the workforce will be awarded work related to the laundry field. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative. The results of data that have been carried out wages have no effect on labor absorption, but capital absorption has an effect on labor absorption.
